The Minnesota Water Quality Association is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers representing a variety of dealerships and corporations. Directors are elected at the annual meeting of the Association, held each year at the annual convention.

Any member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Members are encouraged to contact any present Board member if they are interested in serving on the Board. Board meetings are held every other month.
